BIC joins forces
... with the Pentawards to reward design students.
This year again the Pentawards will be open to conceptual packaging, and so also to students.
BIC, internationally known for its simple, inventive and reliable products, wants to reward creativity via the Pentawards, the first worldwide competition devoted uniquely to packaging design.
The student whose conceptual packaging entered for the 2nd Pentawards Concept Competition has collected the most points awarded by the international jury (all categories combined) will be entitled, in addition to his/her prestigious Pentaward, to:
A special BIC "best in class" trophy
PLUS: a cash prize...
...and will participate in a BIC USA package design assignment.

In addition to winning the Gold Pentawads, Mathilde Solanet, a student at CAD (the College of Advertising and Design in Brussels), also won this special BIC prize for a range of packaging for clothes and toys for dogs.
8 design schools stand out at Pentawards.
It should be noted that students who won prizes at the Concept Pentawards this year are pursuing their studies at design schools in France, Russia, Australia, Belgium, Sweden, Israel, Singapore … showing the global character of design teaching.
